Fit can vary between styles, fabrics and suppliers. If a product has a product-specific size chart, use that chart first. If you are between sizes or need help, contact us before ordering.

Clothing: how to measure

• Chest: Measure around the fullest part of your chest, keeping the tape level and comfortably relaxed.
• Shoulders: Measure across the back from shoulder seam to shoulder seam. Comparing with a well-fitting garment often gives the most useful result.
• Sleeve: Measure from the shoulder seam down to the cuff.
• Length: Measure from the highest shoulder point down to the hem.

Footwear: how to measure

1. Place a sheet of paper against a wall and stand on it with your heel lightly touching the wall.
2. Mark the end of your longest toe.
3. Measure from the wall edge to the mark in centimetres.
4. Measure both feet and use the larger measurement when comparing with a product-specific footwear chart.

Helpful fit tips

• Measure over the type of clothing you would normally wear with the item.
• For outerwear, allow room for the layers you plan to wear underneath.
• If you prefer a relaxed fit and are between sizes, the larger option may be more comfortable; for a closer fit, compare measurements carefully with a similar item you already own.
• Product-specific sizing information takes priority over this general measuring guide.
